Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Offboard.tech ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. The Service
Offboard.tech provides an AI-powered exit-interview tool. You embed a magic link in your cancellation flow, our AI conducts an anonymous exit interview with your customer, and we deliver churn insights to your dashboard. Interviews are conducted with end customers who interact with your link; you are responsible for making your customers aware of this flow.
3. Billing
The Service is billed per completed interview at the rate shown on our pricing page, processed through Polar. An interview is only billed when it reaches the minimum conversation length and the participant explicitly ends the session. Abandoned interviews are never billed. Charges are final; disputes can be raised by contacting us within 30 days.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to collect personal data you are not entitled to process, to mislead interview participants, to probe or disrupt the Service, or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content of your workspace configuration, including webhook destinations and redirect URLs.
5. Data and Privacy
Interview free-text is scrubbed for personal identifiers before it is stored; raw transcripts are never persisted. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your account data at any time from Dashboard → Account.
6. Availability and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from churn events.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On account deletion, all owned data — workspaces, interviews, billing records, and webhook history — is permanently removed.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to registered accounts before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
